Albert Koenigsberg

Chairman of the Board

Albert Koenigsberg is an investor and entrepreneur who is the founder of Geocommand. In 1994 he founded SMR Advisory Group, a two-way radio communication provider and management company specializing in the 220-222 MHz frequencies. In addition, Mr. Koenigsberg was the founder and president of AKS DAKS Communication, LLC and has served as an administrative agent for telecommunications companies. He is currently the principal owner of Terra Firma Enterprises LLC, an entrepreneurial consulting firm.

 

Mark Eisenberg

Geocommand, Board of Directors

Mark Eisenberg is currently the Executive Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for the Glenwood Financial Group, Inc., a commercial real estate development company based in Los Angeles. Previously, Mr. Eisenberg served as a member of the Executive Committee and as Senior Vice President of Tutor Time Learning Systems, Inc., where he negotiated 209 transactions, built 152 learning centers. In addition, Mr. Eisenberg helped procure major equity funding for the company. During his career, Mr. Eisenberg has served in executive leadership positions for both national and multinational corporations, and has overseen the development of sites throughout the United States as well as in Europe, Indonesia, and Central and South America.

 

Gray F. Reynolds

Special Consultant, US Forestry Service

Our newest member with 35 years experience with the National Forestry Service. Gray has held a wide variety of leadership and staff positions both in the field and in Washington, D.C. before retiring in 1997. In his role, he served as Deputy Chief National Forest System from 1994-1997. He was responsible for Congressional testimony on budget and land management laws and policies, and managed a budget of over .1 billion, 18,000 personnel, and 191 million acres of National Forest lands. From 1997 to 2002 he served as General Manager of Snow Basin Ski Area and was responsible for the management and execution of the five-year development plan for the 2002 Olympic Games. One of his responsibilities was the development and implementation of improved security procedures in the wake of 9/11. He coordinated security efforts with the FBI, Secret Service, and the Salt Lake City Olympic Committee.
